Our Story
A journey of compassion, service, and transformation.
Beacon Community Care started with a simple vision: to be a light of hope in the lives of those facing hardship. As the philanthropic arm of IFGF Bandung, we began with a small team of volunteers who believed that every act of kindness could create lasting change.
What started as weekend outreach programs to local orphanages and underprivileged communities has grown into a comprehensive humanitarian organization serving thousands across Indonesia.
Today, through the dedication of our volunteers, partners, and supporters, we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact in the communities we serve.
Beacon Community Care was founded as a small initiative within IFGF Bandung to serve local communities in need.
Launched our first education program, providing scholarships and school supplies to 50 children in underprivileged areas.
Extended our services to include healthcare initiatives and disaster relief efforts across West Java.
Introduced our flagship "Adopt a Student" program, connecting sponsors with students in need of educational support.
Mobilized resources to provide food, medical supplies, and support to communities affected by COVID-19.
Now serving over 10,000 beneficiaries annually through our five pillars of work across Indonesia.
